Introduction

Agreement to Terms: Users must agree to and abide by these terms to access and use the Sims Legacy Hub.

Changes to Terms: The Sims Legacy Hub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and users will be notified of significant changes.

User Account

Registration: Users need to create an account to edit/create within the Sims Legacy Hub. They are responsible for safeguarding their account information.

Account Termination: The Sims Legacy Hub owners/moderators can suspend or terminate accounts at any time that violates these terms and conditions.

Transactions and Virtual Goods

Virtual Goods: Describes the nature of in-app purchases, i.e., subscriptions, additional trees, branding, etc.

Payments: Payments are accepted through Stripe. Sims Legacy Hub will not and does not store your credit card information. Subscriptions are on a monthly or promotional basis. Refunds will be issued upon request, and the features supported by that subscription will be removed.

User-Generated Content and Conduct

Content Guidelines: Users are responsible for the content they create within the Sims Legacy Hub and must not infringe upon copyrights or violate any existing laws in the user's area. Anything that violates these guidelines is ground for varying levels of repercussion for their actions.

Reporting Mechanisms: Users can report others through our report features on trees/accounts or by reaching out through the appropriate channels, i.e., email, discord, etc.

Privacy and Data Collection

Data Handling: The only information the Sims Legacy Hub collects is users' email, and any additional information/photos used in the creation of an account/legacy tree.

Content Creation: The Sims Legacy Hub reserves the right to use any content created through Sims Legacy Hub at their discretion.

Liability and Disclaimers

Disclaimer of Warranty: The Sims Legacy Hub is provided "as is," and the company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use. The app is also constantly changing and features may or may not be changed/removed/added without notice.

Limitation of Liability: Clarifies that the Sims Legacy Hub is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game.

Termination and Suspension

Termination of Service: The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the game or a user's access at any time for any reason.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content and intellectual property rights belong to the company.
