Though Sarai became a big star, she and Asuka just kept to themselves and did what they used to do. After a couple years together, they got engaged and decided to put money towards IUI which took one try and they had their son, Katashi. After Katashi was born, Sarai wrote a book called The Green Light Takedown which was about becoming a parent then losing a sister and how it felt like to have something so perfect had to happen to you at the same time as the worst thing that happens to you. Biography: Zay was raised by an amazing single mother but her mom died a couple weeks after her 18th birthday. Without a family, Zay fell into the wrong crowd of people who she thought was family. Being young, she also fell into some trouble with the law and ended in jail for a couple months. Once she was released, Zay tried to put her life back together but found that her old crew didn't let go so easily and she stayed with them because they said they were family. She didn't know that she was their scapegoat until she was facing 20 months in state prison for a crime she didn't commit. She took the fall but told herself she was getting out as soon as she could. In prison, she met Jakob who also was trying to get out of life but had two kids to feed and didn't know what to do. Zay told him that they would get out together and eventually after being released, Jakob was able to get on the straight and narrow but Zay didn't have such an easy time. Zay's old crew heard that she was leaving and they slashed her up until she was barely alive anymore. Luckily, she was found and saved but left with deep facial wounds. After months in the hospital, Zay needed a place to stay and called her old buddy Jakob. She stayed with Jakob and his sons until she was healed up enough to look for some type of work but found that it was hard for a two time offender to find work especially with facial wounds. So Jakob said she could stay with him until she found work and she didn't but she was already married to Jakob by that time. They had their daughter, Mercedes, soon after their wedding and have a happy family with Jakob's two sons.
